How can I impose security on a file?

Hope all is well. In this post I am writing about the way of imposed security on a file. Hope it’s became useful for you.

Sometimes it is seen that, there is only a computer in the house. But the users of the computer are 2 or 3. At this moment you can not make a personal file. Because if any personal file made by you then another user can see it. At this situation some people use the security software. It is true that there are many software for imposed security on a file. But if the another user of the computer see this kind of software then it’s make him questionable. Now at this kind of situation what can you do? Yes! At this moment you can use a software which is not mainly used for imposing security on the file. But it is also can be used for imposing security on a file. What is name of this kind of software? Yes! I know about a software which can be used at this kind of situation. And it is acommon software. The name of the software is Winrar. You can impose password on any file by using it.

How can I impose password on a file by using Winrar

You can do it easily by doing it. Before reading continue download the software of winrar by clicking here. First of all right click on the file. And select “Add archive..”. After it a dialogue box will be opened. Here you can find some tabs. Select the tab of “Advanced”. Now click on the button of “Set Password”. Now right click on the check box of “Encrypt file names” and at last click on the button of Ok. For archive the file. By doing it you can imposed password on the file. Run the zip file for check it. After double click on the file you will be find that the password box will be opened. And it is called you to give the password.

Special tips about security imposing on a file

Now I am writing some special tips about it.

•  If you want to set password on many files then first of all copy all of those files and past those files on a folder.
•  Rename the zip file as a name of any system file. Example:- “Shell32”, “explore”, “system”, “sys”, “help file” etc.
•  Now copy the zip file and past it in a folder which has many file. Example: - past the zip file into any big and high qualities software, because there are many files. For that it is difficult to find out it.
•  It is the most important tip. First of all right click on the zip file and select Properties. After it click on the button of change. And select any application software. Example: - Microsoft Word. But if you done it then you must remember that it is need to right click on the file and select Open with-Winrar for open this file.
